EXPOSERVE’s management team is led by Siegmund Brown (click here for bio). The management team is comprised of local and international foodservice management professionals. EXPOSERVE's senior management team has over 100 years of experience managing restaurants, high volume concessions, and premium catering for large events. The staff's collective experience includes prestigious firms like Hyatt Corporation; Westin Corporation; Kanke Seafood Restaurants; Fine Host Corporation; and several others.

EXPOSERVE's management team has experience working in venues all over the country, including: Sun Devil Stadium, Pro Player Stadium, The Concord Pavilion, The San Mateo Expo Center, The Austin Convention Center, The Tulsa Convention Center, The Arlington Convention Center, and The Tulsa Performing Arts Center.

The supporting staff includes degreed professionals from some of the finest programs in the country: Florida International University, Oklahoma State University, University of Oklahoma, University of Nevada Las Vegas, Northeastern Oklahoma State University, Simon Fraser University, The University of Tulsa, and Tulsa Community College.
