Seeking experienced, professional, Catering Chef to join a high energy, close knit team of food and beverage professionals operating in a hectic, high volume, growing enterprise. The company operates in 3 distinct food and beverage segments: Special Event Concessions; Catering Services; Restaurants. Catering experience in restaurants, casinos, hotels, convention centers, arenas, stadiums, or theme parks a plus. Minimum 2 years of overall culinary operations with Sous Chef experience required. Ideal candidate will have Culinary School training and will be well versed with operations and technology. Those without passion for excellent fresh food, training, cleanliness, and maintaining a culture of perpetual improvement, need not apply. The primary work week runs Tuesday through Saturday.
